Bring Your Sewing Machine Saturday and Play!

What’s better than cooler temperatures and sewing!

Jennifer is working tomorrow, Saturday, October 13 and would like company! Sew….I mean, so…bring your sewing machine and unfinished or new quilt projects and piece the day away at What’s Your Stitch ‘n Stuff. This is the perfect time to grab your sewing buddies and spend time with fellow quilt artists, ask questions about what technique is on their sewing machine, and laugh a little. The Sit & Sew Saturday begins at 10:30 a.m. and will continue until 5:30 p.m. Cost is $10.

And yes, you might catch Jennifer singing Christmas tunes already (Fah, la, la, la, llllaaaaaahhhhh!) and she’s excited about “Let’s Get Started on Christmas!” You’ve heard about them and maybe haven’t tried making one yet, but Mug Rugs are the perfect little happy for friends and co-workers and family this holday. Enjoy learning how to make these on Sunday from 12 noon to 4 p.m. The Class fee of $25 includes patterns to make 4 different blocks that make the cutest mini-placemat for your beverage and snack – at the table, by your favorite seat in the living room, even beside your computer!

Speaking of classes. There are some exciting new and returning classes October – December 2012. Click below to see a copy of the current class calender.

Last, and certainly not least, we send wonderful “Happy Birthday!” wishes to Shop Mom Irene Erdei. Miss Irene is doing well and still sharing her warmth and smile with everyone she sees. Happy Birthday, “Mom” – we love you!

Have a wonderful weekend and remember – we LOVE show and tell!
