A few new things…

I sent a box to the shop with a few new samples, from fabrics I had picked up at my last trip in town.  This first one is made from the soft yellow and brown fabrics from Bunny Hill.  With some minkee thrown in.  Yummy and contemporary too.

It is from the pattern Baby Squares Squared by Aardvark Quilts.  Here is the pattern cover photo, pretty cute.  Also, very easy to put together!

Then I worked on some kitchen items, the patterns were from Teacher’s Pet.

The first is a ‘corn cocoon’, a special bag to easily microwave corn on the cob.

Second is a ‘wrap warmer’, a bag to warm your tortillas in the microwave.

For any of you who have made the baked potato bags, these are along the same line.  (We have those in the store too).

We also sell Warm and Natural Warm Tater batting.

Warm Tater is 100% natural cotton that hasn’t been chemically treated making it ideal for cooking potatoes, corn, rolls and warming tortillas in the microwave. Warm Tater is heavy weight 100% natural cotton that acts as an insulator keeping the moisture inside for fresh, hot steamy potatoes & so much more!

Now, if I just had a microwave bag for yesterdays tomatoes harvest.

Rebecca went door to door offering them to ever neighbor.  I’m sure she didn’t want to eat that many!
