I heard that Sew-A -Thon this weekend was quite wild and fun!  Sure would have loved to have joined in.  I did get some sewing time this weekend, so that was a good thing.  It still doesn’t equal being out of the house and sewing all weekend with the girls at the shop though.

I got my last couple of borders on this quilt, yeah!  This is from Kim Diehl’s book Simple Traditions. $27.95

I also pieced my three inch blocks for My Happy Place. $8

Now that they are done, I’m wondering why I started by making the outer pieced border?  Seems kind of backward…

Oh well..it will work…
