Thangles Anyone?

Have you ever used “Thangles”?  Those printed papers you can use to make fast, perfect half square triangles out of  fabric strips?  Here is what the package looks like.

Over the years we have used lots of different products to make half square triangles.  This product continues to be the most popular.  To encourage you to try them, we are having a 50% off sale starting Friday.  Come into the shop and see some samples of projects made with Thangles.

Or choose your favorite quilt pattern made with half square triangles…

Such as Fireflies from Primitive Gatherings’ “Summer Gathering” book.

Or just have fun with colors and scraps like this one.

They even offer a free pattern for a Quilts of Valor Quilt on their website.  http://www.thangles.com/

Now, if we have your interest and you’ve never used Thangles, check out this website for great photos and directions      http://www.thangles.com/howtheywork.html

New in the shop today are 17 pieces of Christmas fabric From Windham Fabrics.  The collection is from RoseMarie Lavin, and has some gold accents!  (Wow, at Stitch ‘n Stuff)!

Here are just a few of the pieces to give you an idea.  Hey, maybe you could make something out of this fabric and Thangles…

Here is the free pattern that goes with this fabric collection, in case you didn’t want to make half square triangles.

Later, Sandra
