G’day Quilters, Lisa B and her mates landed down under for their latest adventure. As you can see from the photos, Lisa’s got the spirit, she’s hot, she can’t be stopped! The imagination required and the time involved each month just with her “traditional national garment” make you realize what a special teacher Lisa is; she makes sure everyone has a great time in class, as well as a great quilt when class is over. She made a bonzer Chicken Sate with Chili Sauce and AWstralian Root Beer
. The quilt pattern for this month is Streak of Lightning; with color choices of Mary’s Little Lamb, Aussie Sunset, and Green Pastures.

A new Tasty Travels “quilt” has been posted in the International Mystery gallery, don’t miss this unique approach to making a quilt each month. Go Ellen!
The travelers are back home, resting up from the laughter and anxiously awaiting their next journey. Lisa is busy planning the next walkabout for the group, stop back and join the fun.

Oh goodness, I haven’t laughed so much in a long time ~ hilarious. Can’t wait to see the quilts.

Hope they had a great day.
(PS: We don’t have root beer in Australia. We have ginger beer, which is a different taste sensation, entirely.)
